What are lessons with Kia like?

Kiavash has a unique style of teaching that makes learning fun. There is a large emphasis in music theory, tonal harmony, ear training, reading/writing music, and improvisation. It's not just important to know how to read and play music, but why the music was written like that and how we can utilize it for our own enjoyment.
